We are at the forefront of using these evolving digital technologies in various initiatives aimed at further improving customer convenience and productivity.

Mobile Strategy - The new face of banking, connected by smartphones -

Many of our customers now own smartphones. The spread of ICT in recent years has changed them from mere means of communication into part of people’s lifestyle infrastructure, used to gather information and handle procedures such as transportation arrangements and shopping, anywhere, at any time.
In order to address these environmental changes, we are striving to provide services that allow all transactions to be handled via smartphone.

Operation Digitalization Strategy - Using RPA to improve operation efficiency -

We are promoting RPA initiatives in order to improve operation efficiency as well as organization and personnel efficiency by shifting personnel to more productive operations. Since our full-fledged implementation of RPA in April 2018, we have replaced various types of clerical work (tabulation, data entry, reference work, etc.) with RPA within the Bank (primarily in the headquarters), automating operations.
